When you arrive please make your way to the Free phone. The I-Site should be in front of the sliding doors (exit of the airport) this is where the free phone is. Dial 38 to let us know you have arrived. Rental car transfers are located at the southern end of the airport beside the Express Car park and Public drop-off area. (Exit through door 2 past the Air NZ Service Desk)

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
